Delivery & Returns
As an online store, we only courier orders.
As an online store we only courier. We do offer three courier options:
Courier guys (3 - 4 business days): R135 for orders under 10kg
Paxi (3 - 5 business days): R100
Paxi (7 - 9 business days): R60
When choosing courier guys as courier, please allow for 7 to 10 business days from order to delivery as orders take 2 to 3 days to complete and another 3 to 4 days to be delivered via courier.
When choosing Paxi for delivery, please allow 7 to 8 business days from order to delivery if choosing the 3 to 5 day Paxi option and if choosing the 8 to 9 day Paxi option, please allow for 10 to 11 business days from order to delivery.
Payment Info
At the moment we only accept EFT payments into our bank account.
Once you have placed your order, we check stock availability and send you an invoice. Once payment of the invoice reflects in our bank account, we start to process your order. Order is therefore only confirmed once payment reflects in our bank account.
You will receive email notifications every step of the way until your order is delivered to you.
